Niche Media Holdings, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, is the Operator of this Promotion.  Promotion begins September 22, 2008, at 8:00 P.M. ET, and ends September 28, 2008 at 12:00 P.M. ET, when all entries must be received. To enter, go to www.oceandrive.com/fallfashionweek, complete the online entry form and submit it as instructed. You must be a legal resident of the State of Florida and at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees or immediate family members of employees of the Sponsors are not eligible. One entry per person/e-mail address.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about the week of October 1, 2008, with one potential winner chosen from each daily pool of entrants that are collected from September 22, 2008 – September 27, 2008. Potential winners will be notified by mail, e-mail and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days of our attempted contact or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize and an alternative winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. The winners will each receive the stated prize for the day the entry is submitted.

No substitutions for prize except by Sponsors, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. The odds of winning the sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries received. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Sponsors the right to send you commercial messages and share your address with others unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Sponsors' server or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsors, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business or educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsors are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at their sole discretion without liability. Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners' names and likenesses and winning entry for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation. Potential winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility (including Social Security number) and a Liability/Publicity release, which must be returned within fourteen (14) days from date of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. Void outside the State of Florida and where prohibited. In the event there is a dispute, the sweepstakes participant agrees to binding arbitration in Miami Dade County, Florida, and waives the right to trial (including a trial by jury). The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
